A block of 15 sessions with me throughout 15 weeks to know how you relate with your self, with others, and with the environment, to understand if it is positive or negative, and to analyse, improve and increase your relational health, identifying and selecting what is good and bad for you, and what can help your expansion and growth.
I have created this pedagogical method to help people to understand that basically life is in one way or another in relation to how you relate with yourself, with others, and with the environment. Because if you cannot achieve what you want, perhaps may be because you are doing something wrong. With this pedagogical method consisting of a fifteen-week length, for one hour a week you will know yourself better, as those around you, and the richness or limitations of your environment , then a plan can be made, to reach your improvement and wellbeing, and of those around you.
