Dr Chamaida Inés Tabares Márquez – Ikjot Kaur, has worked for much of her life in the humanities. From the age of 14, she began working in the educational sector, providing private classes in her neighbourhood.
Since then, her work has been reflected in different cultural, artistic, educational, social and business initiatives to expand and improve people’s lives, which she has managed to carry out at a global level in different countries such as Cuba, India, the United States, Spain, Cape Verde, and the United Kingdom, in Scotland and England. Also, she has completed her Doctorate studies in Education, in the field of International Cooperation and Development.
Mission
Dr Chamaida Inés Tabares Márquez – Ikjot Kaur, method of work focuses on her expertise within the humanities and social sciences and her professional and personal experiences, using the pedagogical diagnostic and analysis, the educational resources, and the Pedagogy of Personal and Social Order, to provide advice and solutions to educational consultancies, personal and social issues on personal development, family education, parental guidance, relational health, and personal and social order, to improve the well-being of people, organizations, institutions, societies, and communities within specific scenarios, social settings, and groups. On a personal level, with her Innovative Pedagogical Method for Personal Relational Understanding, its work ventures into personal renovation and expansion analysing the person’s relationship with themselves, with others and with the environment, to define how it enhances or impedes personal development, enrichment, and growth. Consequently, to be able to know the root of the problem, how it impacts on the achievement of goals and expansion, and be able to find the possible solutions, to design and establish an educational intervention on what to achieve, when, where, and how, for the person to improve his or her life and that of the people around them.
Dr Dr Chamaida Inés Tabares Márquez – Ikjot Kaur, brings also her own Pedagogical Program for Higher Education to provide guidance, solutions, and tips for a successful academic career to future and present students of any economic, cultural, and social background.
