Dr Chamaida Inés Tabares Márquez – Ikjot Kaur, has worked for much of her life in the humanities. From the age of 14, she began working in the educational sector, providing private classes in her neighborhood.

Since then, her work has been reflected in different cultural, artistic, educational, social and business initiatives to expand and improve people’s lives, which she has managed to carry out at a global level in different countries such as Cuba, India, the United States. United States, Spain, Cape Verde, and the United Kingdom, in Scotland and England. Also, she has completed her Doctorate studies in Education, in the field of International Cooperation and Development.

Mission

Dr Chamaida Inés Tabares Márquez – Ikjot Kaur, works through the pedagogical analysis and educational resources to improve the well-being of people, institutions, groups and communities. On a personal level, with her Innovative Pedagogical Method for Personal Relational Understanding, its work ventures into the person’s relationship with themselves, with others and with the environment, to define how it favors or harms the development of their human capacity. So, in this way, it is possible to design and establish an intervention on what to achieve and how the person will achieve the desired result to improve their life and that of the people around them.
